We providing the service of polishing, both mirror and hairline in any types of material such as stainless steel, metals, plastic, aluminum alloy, brass etc. We have been trusted by many industries (max wheel, electric appliances, Car accessories, Motorhome, Kitchenwares, and Medical equipment).
SERVICES
Hairline polishing
Many parts of aluminum choose to use hairline polishing both horizontally and vertically to make the product more attractive. Examples of workpieces on our hand are the cover of the washing machine, the top of the stove, the cover trial of the motorcycle, etc.
Mirror polishing
The most popular way to show how beautiful of product or material is mirror polishing. It makes the product more shine, nurture, clear, and beautiful. Examples of workpieces on our hand are categorized to 2 types – product in automotive industry and product in electrical appliances industry.
- Automotive industry such as sport bar, bull bar, roof rail, roll bar, motorcycle exhaust pipe, small part in motorhome, and accessories part in motorhome etc.
- Electrical industry such as cover of washing machine, rolling pipe, rolling pipe with gear, handle of pan, handle of pot, etc.
Remove edge and sharp
There are many method to built up the product, stamping is a part of its. After stamping, at the end of surface or edge will have a sharp angle that might accidentally hurt end user. Therefore, deburring process also important for safety.
Preparing surface before coating
In every workpieces has to prepare its surface before coating in order to get smooth and beautiful surface after coating. PSC2014 also services about preparing the surface of some part related with car accessories that will going to coating before sell.
Adjusting defect
As information shown above, we are servicing about preparing the surface of product before coating. PSC2014 not only service before coating but also after coating as a one stop full service. About workpieces that not pass surface preparing process of our company but there is a problem appears, we are able to estimate the defect appeared and find the solution to solve the problem as well.

Training program of employee, start with explain about customer requested, details on method and technics that use when polishing. Lastly, work with the real product under take care of leader in order to avoid any mistakes.
Training program of employee who never do hairline polishing to work with new model of customer’s product which just becomes mass production
Improving Program
Improving production area and production line to preparing start of new model of an old customer who trusted our company for long time ago.
We are adjusting the workshop that made for repairing, setting, and building the tools, equipments, machines, and polish stand in work station.
